Brief Answer:
Yes, it can be given. No serious reaction observed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for asking.

Amitryptiline is a Tricyclic antidepressant drug and he developed reaction to it.

Pramipaxol is dopamine agonist drug and is different from Amitryptiline. There will be no serious reaction with that drug as the mechanism of action is different than Amitryptiline.

Slight nausea or vomiting can be observed but that are self limited. So, on advise of his treating doctor, it can be given.

Thanks, if you have more doubts ask again.
