Brief Answer:
No data/research available showing the effects of Molecuslim on kidneys

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for trusting HealthcareMagic

I have gone through the Molecuslim website and the only active ingredient mentioned is Phytosine, a plant molecule.
There is no research/ data available that assess the effect of Phytosine on kidney function. However, there is no absolute contraindication for its use in chronic kidney disease.

I strongly recommend that. if you plan on taking Molecuslim, please make sure to tell your doctor regarding this and monitor kidney function very closely by regular blood testing looking for blood urea and creatinine. If any deterioration of kidney functioning occurs, discontinue molecuslim immediately.

Hope I was able to help you
