I would suggest Oral finasteride along with topical 5% plain Minoxidil
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have read your question and I have noted your concern.
You seem to have female pattern androgenetic alopecia which causes diffuse thinning and hair loss in females.
Minoxidil 5% solution has been approved for female use by US FDA, therefore you may use it safely, as advised. Use it only on scalp in a dose of 1 ml, twice daily, tie your hair (in case you have long hair) soon after application so that it does not trickle down on face and also wash your hands immediately after application so as to prevent inadvertant application on face through hands.
Instead of topical finasteride in Morr-F 5% I would suggest you to use Oral Finasteride in a dose of 5 mg tablet once daily along with plain minoxidil solution i.e Morr 5% solution.
These are prsecription medications and I suggest you to use them under supervision of your doctor.
Regards
