Brief Answer:
no risk of any significant interaction

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are no known interactions between the mucinex or lemon honey drops with your current medications (pradaxa and propafenone)

In theory honey is thought to slow clotting but this minor interaction is not noted to be a problem with pradax but is mentioned with other anticoagulants or anti platelet meds such a warfarin, aspirin, heparin, ibuprofen etc

It is a theoretical problem , with issues not really seen when it is actually used and it would not apply to your medications.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
