Question : Hi my son is 2 month old I had introduced nan1 with breastfeed but he is either vomit or doing watery motion what to do

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Who advised Nan 1? Was it the pediatrician or are you trying to supplement yourself?

Supplements are not recommended till 6 months of age. Mothers milk contain all essential nutrients required by the baby. Doctor do not advice even water as a supplement. It's likely that the child is not tolerating Nan and hence is not advisable to continue.
Your baby's body demand will increase after 6 months. To meet this demand you can add on supplements as advised by your doctor. BUT NEVER BEFORE 6 MONTHS.
