Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
First of all I would recommend you to investigate the cause of generalised joint pains.
If it is degenerative arthritis then definitely the best choice will be naproxen compared to aspirin.
Aspirin will also potentiate the risk of bleeding.
Local anti inflammatory ointment will also help .
Also try to give hot formentation.
