Brief Answer:
It is good

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Nestum stage 1 rice cereal are good and can be taken 3 times a day by the baby. Slowly you can also introduce other mashed and liquid foods like mashed fruits, mashed vegetables, nicely mashed cooked rice, wheat flour boscuits mixed nicely in milk, etc. You can offer the food and then let the baby decide whether to eat it or not.

By one year of age, baby will be taking more of adult food. Mother is best person to guess what the baby is ready to eat.

Milk upto 700 - 1000 ml/day is taken at this age. Milk intake gradually decreases as babies take more solid food. It is normal. By one year of age the milk intake in less than 500 ml a day.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
