Question : Hi Dr. XXXXXXX This is Dxxxxx(23). I started my job in 2016. And since last 5-6 months I'm having all time neck pain and lower back pain. This is getting unbearable. Please suggest something useful to me. Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Dr. Nagamani, my job requires me to sit for long hours, generally 9-10 hrs for 5 days a week. I feel more pain when I have to move my neck. When I am not sitting, I can feel the lower back is not in the most relaxed form. When I go to bed in the night, I feel a lot of pain in the lower back, it's kind of tough to sleep straight.

I would suggest you take the tablet as advised above for 5 days. If it still persists it is best to meet an orthopedician for further investigation and examination. You can do physiotherapy and back strengthening exercises which will help reduce pain.
