Brief Answer:

Get your Urine culture done

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted your routine urine analysis has revealed the presence of bacteria and still have frequent urination.

Persistence of symptoms in spite of taking Nitrofurantoin suggests that bacteria may not be sensitive to NItrofurantoin.

I would suggest you get a urine culture done to find out the nature of bacteria and their sensitivity pattern so that infection can be eradicated by taking the appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

In the meantime start taking antibiotics like Cefixime 200mg twice daily and later on switch on to the appropriate antibiotic as per culture report. Antibiotics are prescription-based medications.

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
