Question : my husband has copd and is on oxygen, breathing treatments. what is a good level for him to stay on. the meter will show 82 and he is totally panicing. when it is 92 he is confused and has seeing issues and can't remember things but it also happens when it is too low as well. Help

Hello. the O2 saturation would be best at 90 or above if at all possible. Lower than that would make him basically hypoxic and that would be unhealthy for him.
