Brief Answer:
Try symptomatic medications first

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

O2 tablet contains ofloxacin which is a antibiotic and it is usually given in case of bacterial infection.

Loose motions could be due to hyper motility of intestine or viral or sometimes bacterial or parasitic.

You should take symptomatic over the counter treatment like tab.sporolac-ds three times daily with eldoper (loperamide 2mg).

Also take plenty of water with fruit juices like lemon water or coconut water to maintain electrolyte balance.

Take antispasmodic drug like tab.Cyclopam if you have stomach pain.

Take soft diet and eat banana with curd which is helpful to control diarrhoea.

You can wait for couple of days for loose motions to subside,so I would NOT suggest you to start antibiotic (O2 tablet) at present.

However, in case if loose motions persist even after this symptomatic treatment, you can start antibiotic after consulting to your doctor.
