Question : Hiii doctor i am 30 years old female suffered from pure O past 5 years and recovered totally after taking medicines and cbt therapy and left medicines almost 1 year before and was doing well but again now a days i am feeling like scary not to get schziophernia all the day i am thinking about this thought only please help me out

You were treated for pure obsessions in past and recovered.

Now you have fear that you might develop schizophrenia.

In some cases, OCD can act as precursor for schizophrenia. But thats when OCD is severe and resistant.

Your OCD responded well. So there are no chances of schizophrenia due to OCD.

If OCS person has delusions, then the primary diagnosis would be delusional disorder with OC features.

OCD and delusions can occur together.

Delusions usually signify psychosis (schizophrenia).

Delusional disorder usually begins in late thirties.
