                                    Brief Answer:
very low chances of conversion.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I Can understand your concerns.
You were treated for pure obsessions in past and recovered.
Now you have fear that you might develop schizophrenia.
In some cases, OCD can act as precursor for schizophrenia. But thats when OCD is severe and resistant.
Your OCD responded well. So there are no chances of schizophrenia due to OCD.
If you can mention your symptoms in detail about why you feel that you will develop schizophrenia, I can guide you better.
Please do mention your past treatment details.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Take care.
Thanks.
