Question : HI. I have lots of stomach pains, with cramps and it pains a lot. Do you recommend OMEZ or something like that? What would be an alternative ?

Since when is the present problems present? Where exactly is the pain?

Any associated bloating, nausea, vomiting, loose stools or hard stools? Any referred pain to other parts?

You may certainly take Omez and an antispasmodic to get relief.
