Question: Hi Dr
My wife is 18 week pregnant. Her hb is 9.5 dr advise her orofer s 100mg*2 in alternet day1, 3, 7. Day 1 she injected. Is it safe to take next dosge. Pls advise me

Anemia correction at this stage of pregnancy is very important for fetal growth.. 2-3 dose of iron sucrose injection can be safely given.. There is no problem in taking repeat dose on day 3..

Avoid iron tablet on the day of injection..
