Question : I have a urethral caruncle and have been given ovestine cream. I read the side effects and dont want to use it. Tje specialist said it was caused by low estrogen levels but all my blood test says they are fine. Am also breast feeding my 3 month old. Am 28 years old

It is safe for breastfeeding too, since local application would not lead to great amounts of systemic absorption.
Your blood levels maybe fine, but due to hormonal changes post delivery, the local tissues maybe estrogen deprived and dry, leading to a caruncle.
