Question : is PCOD Women will not know pregency till 3 months?
my last period on dec 18th.i am getting vomtings from XXXXXXX 20th,blodd test serum level 0.59 and urine test -ve.

Your period may be delayed because of pcod.
If the value you mentioned is of beta HCG , then you are not pregnant.
It could be delayed period because of hormonal changes.
In that case you should take hormone progesterone to induce periods
