Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome is a disorder of hormonal imbalance , leading to irregular ovulation and delayed periods, weight gain, excessive hair on body and difficulty in conceiving.
However, weight loss is the key to treatment of PCOS as it improves the hormonal profile and increases the chances of conception.
Moreover, treatment modalities like ovulation induction with drugs can facilitate in conceiving in patients of PCOS.
