Question : I made out with a stranger last night. I noticed a small cut on my lip but did not notice any blood during or after. Is PeP warrented in this circumstance?

A small cut with no bleeding is likely to be an old and a superficial cut. This does not increase the chances of infection unless there is an active ulcer present on the other partner. PEP is not recommended in such cases where there is no evidence of an active disease or no direct blood to blood contact was present.
