Question : I had brief, unprotected insertive anal sex 12 days ago. There was no blood. I don't know the man's HIV status. I started PEP at 60 hours. I have tested twice, and tested negative for everything. I'm waiting for the results of the HIV RNA test. If they are negative are they accurate since I'm on PEP?

The risk of getting HIV from unprotected anal sex is less as conpared to vaginal sex and it was only for brief so no need to worry much about HIV.
