Question : My blood sugar is 155 after 1 and half hour after lunch, I am not on medication?

Thanks! But my fasting readings vary from 126 to 140 at times! Is that okay too! No medication!

Try out exercising like brisk walking for about 30 minutes daily,
Diet control with reduced sugars. Get the HbA1c test done after two months. If that is normal continue the same. But if HbA1c is higher, then you need to start a minimal dose of medication.
