Question : I have nocturnal overactive bladder feels like I need to go every hour or so but only 1 or 2 cc come out
during the day things work right good flow 1/2 cup at a time my PSA is 1.1 and im a 77 yr old male

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have nocturnal frequency for urination with frequent urge pass urine mostly due to Enlarged Prostate

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you ever consulted Urologist and did Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen to see whether you have enlarged prostate or not which is common at this age ? If so please upload reports to help me in making precise comments .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean while continue taking Flomax .You can add Darifenacin once daily .This will help you reduce urge to pass urine .
