Question: hi Doctor, let me know the effect of Paneer , everyday in lunch. and dinner, mainly with respect to fat ....

Brief Answer: Take low fat paneer thrice in a week Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Greetings from healthcaremagic. Paneer is an animal protein and may have higher percentages of fat. Although, it is a nourushing food and a very good source of dietary protein and calcium, it's use in everyday diet is not recommended. You may replace it with other protein rich foods, like pulses, sprouts, egg, fish, chicken, beans,corn, milk and milk products.
