I don't know what your 4month old baby has but we generally don't recommend this to children less than 2years. Would you kindly report to me what your baby has and whether the severity might warrant us to exceptionally XXXXXXX this?

She has been sneezing and coughing A LOT in the past 24 hours. She is also gagging a good bit. She has vomited 3x. Not spit up, but vomit. It's quite mucusy when she does. Her temp has not gone above 100.7
Brief Answer:
NO phernegan!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will recommend against administering phernergan to her. She might have an upper respiratory tract infection. In case of fever, give her baby Tylenol. If the nostrils get blocked, kindly wash them with normal saline. There is no need for antibiotics or phernegan at this time.
Feed her in small quantities over several time periods. This will help reduce vomiting.
Keep me updated about this.

She has vomited 4x since I last spoke with you. Practically all mucus. She has a little rash on her cheeks now, too. It's just barely raised, small (pinpoint) red dots. Her temp was 101.1 about an hour ago. I'm guessing I should take her to the Pediatrician??
Brief Answer:
Yes, get her to a pediatrician!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
She certainly has a viral infection but given her age of 4months, I will like to see her fully evaluated by a pediatrician in person. Continue giving her fluids in small quantities often to avoid dehydration. I also hope you were able to administer Tylenol as she got fever.
Kindly keep me updated with her response after the visit to the pediatrician.
