Question : I've been looking for an i pill but they say that they hav no ipill and that only postpone 72 is available in all the medical..so is both the same and will it hav side effects on my wife if she takes jus 1

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes both are same drugs and are quite safe.
It can cause nausea and bloating sensation in abdomen and at times slight breast tenderness too.
In a few patients there can be irregularity in periods for 2-3 months but all in all nothing to worry
But use it only as an emergency method of contraception only and not a regular method
