Brief Answer:
You are being treated in a right way.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have cross eye infection.

You are prescribed the right kind of medications both prior to and after the Surgery.

The pus of the left eye will resolve in the due course of time.

You need not worry as of now .

Continue and finish all the medications as of now.

If possible upload images of both eyes in their current state.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
