Question: premence and premence plus are same tablets or different?

These 2 tablets are different. Premence is mainly a multivitamin used for anemia whereas Premence plus is for reducing cholesterol levels.

thanks for the reply.
doctor suggested to take premence 10 days in a month that before periods for 3 months. so when I checked near by Medical shops I didn't find that. so when I try to order online I found premence plus. if both are different can you suggest any other alternative tablet for premence.
I have attached doctor prescription and my medical reports
