Brief Answer:
To delay periods

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

As per your question you have mentioned that your due date was on 14th may but you had taken on 15th may so in my opinion I would say that you should take it minimum 4 days before to delay it as long you like up to 14 days and when you will stop it your period will start after 3-4 days.so regarding effective XXXXXXX I would say it will work if your period is delayed by 3-4 days only.

Hope you got your answer.
