Roxithromycin is an antibiotic belonging to the Macrolide group of drugs.

It is listed as a category-B drug and so it is safe in pregnancy.

As for URTI (take it.

But a better and safer class of drugs are cephalosporins and/or penicillins. You can ask your doctor for a specific drug.
