                                    I had done the blood test as a general check up..and found my sgpt was high..

Thanks for the additional information.
As I said earlier, your SGPT is on the higher side and is significant.
The most common cause is fatty liver disease.
Obesity , diabetes, high cholesterol are some of the risk factors for fatty liver.
Your cholesterol is slightly on the higher side.
I would advise you to get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to look for fatty liver.
Also get tested for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C infection.
