Brief Answer:
Hepatitis seems unlikely, but please explain the type of contact

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. You are suspecting hepatitis from a session of private dancer placing her genitalia on your mouth? Or did the private dancer place her mouth on yours? Please clarify.

But in my opinion hepatitis is unlikely, and other more common STD's are possible but I can comment on that only after learning more about what kind of contact took place exactly, especially with any genitalia involved. I also agree with getting tested in about 4 weeks from the time of exposure.

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.

hi doc ,no the only skin ontact was her legs/butt/maybe vagina against my stomach ,she might have had one. or afew pimples on her bum but it only touchwd my stomaxh skin as my shirt lifted up with her dancing all.over me. the mouth part was basically she just covered my mouth with her one hand not neccissaily putting it in her vagina then touchjng my mouth. but that is of concern that i might have picked up any std but i would also like to know how much fluid must be passed to accquire any virus. if minimal can it be killed and not passed to the other person. and if i test after 2 weeka would it give me a good indication or possibly conclusive?

Brief Answer:
STD's seem unlikely from the given scenario sir

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.

From the given description of the events that took place I think that an STD or STI is unlikely, and I seriously doubt that any transmission would have taken place. Hepatitis is extremely unlikely and close to impossible with the description provided, but for your satisfaction you could go about an STD-panel 4 weeks from the time of exposure.

Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about, you have a clean XXXXXXX of health

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.

I would say you are clear and nothing really is required now. If there was no genital to genital contact then there should really be no cause for concern.

Best wishes.

ok thanks doc so the like fever rushes abdominal pain and itchyness is nothing to worry about, because by genital to genital contact it must be skin to skin withbor without a condom and without clothes , correct. because even with wet clothes. wether its water or bodily fluids even if it soaked through to my penis even then it would still not be a concern correct. ? it would need a big viral load yo transfer and not die off yes?

Brief Answer:
Do not think you should worry about this anymore

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.

Yes it would require a certain amount of viral load, and the entire description provided to me by you does not make it seem like you could possibly contract any infection, but as the mild chances existed I recommended the STD-panel which ruled out all the possible infections at this time.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
You can test again only for your sake, to make you feel better

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I concur with your doctor and think that there should not be anything more to worry about, but you could go ahead with another test in 3-4 weeks time, and if at all comes back clear then you can put this episode in your life behind you.

Best wishes.
