Question : I am having trouble sleeping. A dentist friend of mine told me to take before bed the following: Calcium, 800-1100mg, Potassium, 300mg, Magnesium 500mg, Melatonin, 5mg, and something called Sedorain but didn't give me the strength and I can't find it anywhere. Can you help
