Regarding topical creams.
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
Sofradex cream (contains framycetin and dexamethasone) is not meant for pigmentation. It is mainly used for eczema or infected eczematous dermatitis.
Lyramycin is a topical antibiotic (contains Gentamycin). You may use mupirocin 2 % cream Or fusidic acid 2% cream instead of Lyramycin for skin infections.
