Is Sydopa Or Is Sinement Better For Parkison Disease Treatment?

Question: I am under medication of Parkison diseases almost for two years and taking Sifrol 0.25 two tablets 3 times a day, one Rasagiline 1mg a daily. Now my Dr. added one more medecine Sydopa Plus half of 125 (medecine not available in my country) or sinement 1/4 of 275 mg (cabidopa 25 mg and Levodopa 250 mg) which available in my country. My question is, which one is better for me sydopa 1/2 or sinement 1/4?

Both syndope plus and sinemet are similar medicines. Only the brand name is different. So you can take whichever is available in your country. Start with the lower dose and titrate it upwards every 3 - 4 days according to relief in your symptoms or appearance of side effects.
