Question: I had radiation done on my eye in 2013 and my TSH number has dropped from 1.15 to .6, is the going to continue?

As the reading is still within normal limits we just have to keep a watch over this and have a 6 monthly check up. If there is no further change then no treatment is needed otherwise these are very treatable conditions so no cause of worry.
