My wife was diagnosed with hypothyriod in 2010 and from then we have been keeping strict control and routine in taking thyroid medicine. Till 6 months her thyroid was in normal range. In recent health check-up done her TSH was reported as 14. We got her test again today and TSH was reported to be 10 with t3 and t4 being normal.
She has been on 100 mcg dosage from past 1 year. Please advice what what dosage we need to change now to bring her TSH to normal level

Brief Answer:
YOU NEED TO INCREASE THE DOSE.
Detailed Answer:
DEAR SIR, HI! WELCOME TO HCM! AS IS VERY CLEAR FROM THE THYROID REPORT THAT MADAM NEEDS TO INCREASE THE DOSE. KINDLY MAKE IT 125 MCG FROM TOMORROW. MAKE SURE THAT IT IS A NEW BOTTLE, AND THAT THE TABLET IS TAKEN EMPTY STOMACH EARLY MORNING. ALSO MAKE SURE THAT NOTHING IS EATEN OVER THE TABLET FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES -45 MINUTES. ALSO DO NOT COMBINE THE TABLET WITH ANY OTHER TABLET.
REGARDS!
