Brief Answer:
L-tyrosine supplements can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
A level of more than 3 but less than 5 is not worrisome. It only suggests a mild latent deficiency of thyroxine and does not need an active treatment. You can start with L-tyrosine supplements after consulting your gynecologist.
Hope my answer is helpful.
