Question : I was on eltroxin 50mcg for almost 8 months now and TSH was in control.changed to thyronorm 50mcg in August today got TSH checked and found it has increased to 6.19

Shall I change back to eltroxin

Eltroxin from XXXXXXX or Thyronorm from abbott, are just brands, both are good companies. I don't think brands actually matter.
let us review,
1. are u sure taking the medicine early morning, empty stomach.

2. are u sure not having tea or coffee or anything over the tab strictly for another 30 -40 minutes?

3. Are u sure not missing the tablet any day?

4. are u sure not putting on weight?

5. are u sure the tablet was not sun or moisture exposed?

if u can confirm all these , then recheck from some other lab.
if still high, increase the dose to 75mcg.
