Brief Answer:
100 mcg may be tried.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Your TSH is in control on medication. You may try reducing the dose to 100 mcg per day and retest after a couple of months. However, the change in dose is not 'necessary' but nevertheless, this dose titration can be tried.

Let me know if I could help further.
