Brief Answer:
Low fat, low oil food can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX, Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. I'm glad you are getting the correct and adequate treatment for typhoid disease. Please make sure you take the full course of antibiotics.

Now, as to which foods you can eat. More than eating foods, I would encourage you to drink plenty of water and prevent dehydration due to the frequent loose stools.
Electrol powder or ORS solutions are good to use in thee circumstances.

Remember that the liver is one of the main organs involved in the digestion of fats. So when it is recovering from an infection like typhoid, it's a good idea to stick to a diet low in fat and oil to allow it to rest. Beyond that, there is nothing much you need to worry about.

I hope this helps,

Vinay
