Question : Hi
I hurt myself falling off a bycicle on a tar road about 3 days back on the knee. Cleaned it with Dettol and applied Betadine and a bandage. I have been repeating this every day ecept today except today when I shifted to Soframycin.

Do I need a tetanus shot(dont remember my last one / am 40 years) & am seeking advice on any other recommnded treatement, as I need to travel in 2 days.

Yes, you need to take Injection Tetanus Toxoid(TT).
Clean with plain water and XXXXXXX dry then apply soframycin twice a day.
Avoid exposure to dust.
I suggest you take anti inflammatory medication like diclofenac and serrotopeptidase combination twice a day for 5 days.
