Question : Hello. I just had a vagina surgery a week ago to remove a granulome. Today when I went to the baathroom it really burned. I saw with a miror and one of the suture points is like breaking so I put a triple antibiotic ointment in the area situated in the internal lips of the vagina. Is this ok? And I am breast feeding.
