Question : I gave my baby (17 months old) 1.25 ml of childrens zyrtek and im wondering if i can also give tylenol or motrin in addition for teething symptoms

No need for any medicines if baby asymptomatic

Hi

I understand your concerns but do not worry. Teething is a normal process and usually do not require any medication unless and until associated with severe discomfort. So, in case your baby becomes to too irritable and cranky then give just motrin or Tylenol for pain relief. Usually 1- 2 doses are sufficient.
