Question : my mother takes two
prescriptions, lisinopril 10 mg and metoprolol 25 mg, could she take a Tylenol along with them? They are making her feel bad

the answer is yes... she can take tylenol as there are no interactions with the rest of her regimen. If they're making her feel bad though, perhaps she should discuss it with the treating doctor to consider alternative treatment strategy. There are many antihypertensive drug classes... You haven't mentioned her actual problem (symptom) though.
