Brief Answer:
Count the respiratory rate

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query. I would insist you to expose the abdomen of the child, to take a watch and count how many times the chest or abdomen move up and down. If the respiratory rate is more than 40/min you should take her to a doctor. If the rate is lesser than that, you need not worry and can rest assured that it is not pneumonia.

However, in case of any confusion you can feel free to take him to a hospital/doctor.

In the clinic they would possibly give nebulization. However, you are already using humidifier which is similar to nebulization. The medicines are proper. You can also give steam inhalation to your child.

Please feel free to write back.
