Brief Answer:
It is ok to take Udiliv 300.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. Udiliv is recommended for primary biliary cirrhosis. But in other conditions also can take.

Is your fatty liver alcoholic related or non alcoholic?
If alcoholic stopping alcohol is the best treatment and that will benefit very much.

If non alcoholic fatty liver also avoid alcohol , smoking , toxic substances and drugs like paracetamol which is very toxic for liver.
Avoid refined food items like white rice, refined wheat and white bread. Take whole grains as food. Also avoid junk foods and fast foods.
If you are over weight loose weight slowly. Sudden loss of weight is also harmful.
Keep your cholesterol in below normal levels.
You should take more fresh fruits and vegetables
Citrus fruits are very helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
