Question : Hi doctor,

I'd like to know if Utvolan / Norethisterone is used to prevent pregnancy? I was told by my GP that it is only for Period Delay. However, when I looked through the Internet, a website says that it is used as contraceptive pill.

I'm trying to conceive and would not want the pill to act as a contraceptive pills.

In addition, I have another thought. Before I took Utvolan, I have been having unprotected sex, I'd like to know if taking utvolan will interfere with the chances of me getting pregnant?
