1. Child age is 11 year old (Boy)
2. Dog Bite yesterday 25.7.2018.on foot
3. Scratch with teeth and in between there is blood.
4.Dog is healthy approx 8 KG and two months old our pet buy just on 22 days back.first vaccination has been done as per his age 2nd vaccination will be on 5th August 2018.
Already inject one dose with VaxiRab to my kid

Vaccine is safe for children. Only local reaction may be a side effect. Otherwise no big issues.
You can give the next dose according to schedule.
Dose is given on 0 (right away), 3, 7 and 14 days, first on right arm, then left arm, then deltoid muscle.
Just to mention, if the dog is healthy and vaccinated against rabies, there is not much need to be worried. When there is a pet dog at home, bites with bleeding are common scenario.
