Question : I am 65 yrs old healthy and I have to have Viagra or Cialis to have sex. I have been taking 5 mg Cialis and it does not work for me. Can I take 2 pills without any health risk for better results or 20 mg XXXXXXX per day?

Hi XXXX,

I understand your concern.

Cialis can be increased at 10 mg first few days 30 mins before sexual activity if you are not having any other health problem.

If 10 mg dose is not giving the desired effect, then can increase again to 20 mg. Do not forget not to exceed this dosage. Keep in mind that it can be taken once daily and not more often.
