Question : Is it possible im b12 deficiency? I am six months post baby. Have a gluten and dairy free diet and have mirena iud. After a two week heavy period I am very lighyheaded. Anxious. Nausea. Alot of b12 symptoms.

B12 deficiency is possible. But the symptoms you have mentioned are not very specific for B12 deficiency. However, if you are very concerned, it is better to get the B12 levels checked. Moreover, B12 deficiency cannot be diagnosed just based on symptoms. If there is like finding megaloblasts in complete blood picture, then we can suspect.
