Brief Answer:
may need hematology consult

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

This wbc is bit on the lower side. We need to check the full hemogram including differential count.

Sometimes viral or other infection can cause temporary lowering of wbc. Did you have anything of that sort recently?

If everything else is fine we can wait for few weeks and get another count done. If that shows persistent low counts then you may need a hematology consult.

Hope this helps. I will be available for further follow up.
Regards
